Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use SAP Concur for everything related to employee reimbursement-ranging from Travel, to Expenses, to Technology Device stipends. We had a need for the ability to track, manage, and pay timely--and this platform makes it so easy to do all of that! As we have many employees based in the community that travel, the ability to provide an easy-to-use platform for them to record those mileage and travel expenses is a huge boost to our business.
- Platform is simple, easy to use, and looks clean!
- SAP Concur provides seamless approval flows to make the approval/payout process easy for the supervisors & our payroll team
- SAP Concur provides & requires two-factor authentication, which adds a layer of comfort for security purposes
- Sometimes the roll out of new things (two factor authentication as an example) doesn't come with much notice or communication
- The site updates often, which is a good thing-but also can be annoying to "re-learn" where to navigate to

- We are able to run detailed reports that help us track and manage our financial records in relation to reimbursements
- We have save time by empowering employees to upload and submit their own time, making the payment turnaround time much shorter for them, and smoother for managers
We've integrated SAP Concur with our Payroll Platform (Paycor) to make it easy for the information shared in SAP Concur to transfer over to payroll so the reimbursements can be made timely to our employees. This integration removed a layer of having to issue reimbursements independently from our payroll system, so now everything can be done directly through our normal payroll process.
As stated before, this solution has saved us time and energy, while improving our employee experience at the same time. Prior to implementing SAP Concur, we had a very cumbersome process for recording and paying employee travel expenses. SAP Concur took that cumbersome process and made it smooth and easy for us, a huge win for our agencies!
The employee experience went from frustrating (prior to SAP Concur) to easy very quickly once implemented. As with any new rollout you are bound to have some detractors, but a vast majority of our employees embraced the ability to own recording their travel & expenses through an online system, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
