Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
we use it to log expenses. this can be for milegae, overnights and per diem amounts. Professional fees are through payroll system. it is cloud based and accessed through our fiori launchpad which is enabled for single sign on. the product is in our company for 3 years and was implemented the same time as we upgraded to sap4hana
Pros

Cons
- it is not user friendly when logging a trip
- the amount of pages to add or why is not clear
- the logic of moving between pages is not clear
- cloud based so easier to take upgrades
- part of single sign on process
- standard process for everyone
Concur is more challenging to use and the one that i dont like going into due to frustratios especially at entry point of a claim. once i get past that screen it gets easier. i dont have the frustration with the treaury module that we have even though that is new too
Sap4hana is the main intergration point.
it has standardised expenses claims and allowed single sign on so reduced security impact and need for additional support areas. it has great potential but the ux needs to be improved and improve the ease of claiming as most users would not be frequent claimers of expenses so it is frustratiing
i cant comment on that as im primarily a user rathter than reporing
