Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur to book travel and process expenses. It eliminates the need to book travel independently of the company and the research needed to find the best rates.

Pros

  • Find flights
  • Find hotels
  • Process expenses

Cons

  • Sometimes it can be slow
  • It doesn’t always find the best flight options
  • It would be good to submit expenses as one pdf rather than on an item basis
  • Time saved
I’ve used Oratravel which has more hotel options
Spending less time on travel and expense management and more time focused on hitting targets
