Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur for Expense management. We use Egencia for travel bookings and the reservation and trips are not integrated directly to SAP Concur.

Pros

  • Create expenses from photos
  • Integration with Uber
  • Simple approval proccess

Cons

  • hotel itemization needs to be automatic for taxes and meal item creation
  • Copy expense reports difficult
  • Should allow auto creation of monthly expense items like phone bill
  • Need better integration to integrate to Egencia
In my opinion, SAP Concur is the easiest expense solution
Financial systems are integrated to SAP Concur.
