Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We Use SAP Concur for the expense management, I personally do Mobile bill and Internet bill reimbursement on SAP Concur and some time Travel and food reimbursement when I am travelling. The problem SAP Concur is solving is that we don't have to do write emails to accounts team, not required to do multiple follow ups for the approval, no need to reach different level of people for approval.

It is best suited if you as a company is providing reimbursement benefits to your employee, this will help you a lot in keeping your employee happy and they will receive the reimbursement on time.
Less appropriate for smaller organization where less approvals are required or most things are manual.
