Overall Satisfaction with SAP Core HR and Payroll

We use SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions for global employee engagement and Employee file\ document management. SAP SuccessFactors also helps us with the Employee Learning and development process. SAP SuccessFactors also helps us manage the employee lifecycle JLM process.

Cons

  • Performance and goals management is the field where need to be user friendly in SF.
  • Time management also not good and need to improve in Success Factor.
  • Seamless product and save the infra cost as a cloud solution.
  • Easy to user and very user friendly.
The application is highly available, easy to use, and very user-friendly.
Based on a market review and some experience with teammates, we find the SF to be a more effective HR solution for our organization. There are many good features, but are they what we were looking for?
