Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal
We use SAP Crystal reports for our BI Reporting tool. My organization is hugely data dependent so we needed a tool to support the reports and accurate data.
- The easy report handling feature
- Reports can be very specific
- Very powerful and fast
- Too many updates, versions and a number of features and it is hard to keep track of new updates
- Can lose work if you don't save constantly
We mostly chose it due to convenience and value.
