Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal

We have both pre-defined as well as self service Crystal Reports for informed decision making within the business. The output format is flexible and hence users like this.
  • Revenue reports
  • Expense reports
  • Summary level operational reports
  • Would be great if it could support noSQL databases too
  • SQL server
Crystal Reports stacks very well against SQL service reporting services and can do an equal or even better job - it is easy to drag and drop fields to write a report that provides it with an advantage.
It is easy to design reports and can be used to promote self service once users are trained to write their own reports at their own pace/frequency and time interval.
