Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal

Reports take a long time to run during the day. We would run the reports after hours to avoid any server issues. The search criteria is easily used and able to print and export data as needed from the reports. Today's industry cannot function without repository for reporting.

The presentation level is compatible and is clear and concise. However, there are limits to customize and formatting As a large organization we were required daily to provide reports to our customers for various projects, data and financial information.
I worked for a large company and reports were needed on an ad-hoc basis and this was easily completed. Upload from one application to another is a bit tedious. Organization and formatting are good and user-friendly.
