SAP Customer Data Plateform is a complete solution which allows customer data from various sources in a unified plateform. Also allows businesses to engage with customers across multiple options including mobile, web and social media. However it can be complex with existinv systems and applications we have in place. Cost is high for implementation and manintance and requires dedicated experts for implementation.
