Yes, we have benefited from getting real-time analytics to decide on sales and price in the case of C/4HANA.
It has helped our development team to develop and deploy on-prem and cloud applications easily.
It has been a highly effective and useful feature which saves time to load BI data to the application for modelling as modelling can be done at DB level.
They run on-premise and cloud as well. SAP HANA has application services.
It's a very efficient DB. It has predictive analytics and columnar as well for fast search and read.
