Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA

SAP HANA is being used for financial reporting and analytics across the whole organization. SAP HANA provides real-time transactional reports which is really helpful.
  • Zero downtime.
  • Single source of truth.
  • Faster speed.
  • Cost of ownership for on-premise.
  • Sometimes accidental crashes on heavy usage on peak time.
  • Faster extraction of CSV reports.
  • Now we are able to generate reports faster, the time-saving in itself is a great ROI.
  • Onboarding time for SAP HANA.
  • Skills required to get on boarding and operations ready.
SAP HANA is so agile. It is more than just a database and of course it's a SAP product so reliability.
Most of the time SAP would resolve the issue but at times we see the ticket is not handled properly or too much to and fro.
