Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA Cloud

One feature that has been particularly beneficial for us is the machine learning capabilities. By automating some of our processes and improving the accuracy of our results, we've been able to improve our efficiency and productivity. The integration with other SAP products has made our operations much more streamlined and efficient. We can now easily access and share data across different departments, which has helped us collaborate more effectively and make better use of our resources.

One area where SAP HANA Cloud stood out for us is in its support for real-time analytics on live transactional data. As a business that relies on up-to-date information to make critical decisions, this capability was essential for us. We found that SAP Analytics Cloud was more geared towards historical data analysis, which wasn't as useful for our needs.
One specific example of how the support for SAP HANA Cloud impacted us is in our efforts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Whenever we encountered an issue or had a question, the support team was quick to respond and provided us with clear and actionable guidance. This helped us avoid downtime and keep our analytics operations running smoothly.

While SAP HANA Cloud is designed to integrate with other SAP products, we've found that integrating data from non-SAP sources can be difficult and time-consuming. This has made it challenging for us to get a complete view of our data across all of our systems. Specifically, I would like to see more customization options, a simpler user interface, and better integration with non-SAP systems.
