Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently, we use SAP Litmos as our LMS which allows our clients to log in and participate in our online trainings. Our instructional designer works daily in the program. This provides a platform for our clients to login and train at their own pace. [It] is mainly used by our Professional Development department for our registry members.

Usability

Litmos as our LMS, which allows our clients to log in and participate in our online trainings, has worked well for us. Customer service is helpful when we call them for support. There are of course some areas of improvement. Cost being the biggest one.

I was not part of the purchasing process, however, I was a part of the implementation of Litmos and part of the training of how to work with Litmos. I am also the person who contacts customer service and billing.

Likelihood to Recommend

Litmos as our LMS allows our clients to log in and participate in our online trainings. This provides a platform for our clients to login and train at their own pace. It is user friendly for the designer and for the end user.

I have not really experienced where it is less appropriate.
