Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
SAP Litmos is our primary medium of sharing learning content with our team of 6000+ employees. It is used by everybody, from the CEO to the cleaner.
The problem SAP Litmos solves for us is being able to push training out on a platform that can be used on most devices.

- The built-in learning library is very extensive
- The UI is simple and user-friendly
- Their support team is very responsive and helpful
- The Learning Path feature is not a polished as it could be
- Due dates are attached to the course, therefore you can't have different due dates for different user groups
- The pre-built reports are not very useful
- Because SAP Litmos covers most learning needs, we've been able to standardise across large parts of the business
- Due to the standardisation, we've been able to increase our training compliance rates by 20%
The major difference I've noticed with SAP Litmos vs Moodle is that SAP Litmos is more suited to the business and corporate environment compared to Moodle.
It is more simple than Moodle from an admin point of view and therefore the learning curve is not as steep for your average business person to keep ticking along. This was a big factor in us choosing SAP Litmos.
