Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors EC for our HR employee management and organization structures.

Pros

  • HR Transactions (Hire, Job changes, Pay Changes, etc)
  • Ease of access

Cons

  • PMGM is difficult to use
  • Standard reporting is not robust enough for custom fields
  • Improved HR functions
  • Improved employee visibility / ESS
SAP SuccessFactors EC is difficult to integrate with other systems, including Workforce, Qualtrics, UKG, and SAP on Prem, due to limited system functionality and application design.
Global compliance standards have been difficult to use and implement, including standard EEO reporting. We had difficulties with the standard EEO reports which required a lot of manual work to prepare the standard reports.
SAP SuccessFactors has limited functionality compared to Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP on Prem
