Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
Currently, we use SAP SuccessFactors for Learning (courses available online and in-person to employees. One of our challenges is for employees to take the lead on their development leveraging the resources available), Goals (annual cycle of setting and monitoring goals), and Career and Development (annual cycle).

We are about to start a project to implement an end-to-end SAP solution, and our goal is now to look forward to applying those standards.
SAP SuccessFactors has a better user experience then Oracle PeopleSoft.
