Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors for everything - hiring, updating employee data, development, learning, succession, and even offboarding.

Tools exist for all levels of development - from end users to seasoned IT professionals. SAP SuccessFactors provides lots of options to meet our needs.
Currently, we don't have global operations - but GDPR would be helpful if we did.
Both SAP SuccessFactors and Workday Cloud Platform have very similar tools/functionality - but we already had a good relationship with SAP. We found better value with SAP SuccessFactors and decided to continue using them for our HR needs.

The integration between modules is great; SAP SuccessFactors makes meeting business demands easy. I also enjoy the frequent updates to modules.
