Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

Our core HR, payroll and pmgm system. Our main issues are implementation standardisation across all our markets and aligning compliance and still having localised capabilities. Another issue we have is project length and the length of the change process when implementing standardisation across markets. Overall our scope of markets is across Europe

Pros

  • Essential modules that are easy to understand
  • Admin roles are made easier
  • Customisable functionalities are essential and beneficial

Cons

  • Some of the training material could be slightly more interactive
  • Looking forward to seeing more languages added to functionalities particularly in the Adriatic’s region
  • Definitely a lot, an essential core of our business
Usability is great especially for onboarding and new starters and also also the support and service levels from SAP are great
Yes it is a really exciting opportunity the only difficulty would be change management but I think it would be fantastic transformation. Particularly for me in the pdp process for both managers and employees

In a multinational company it allows smooth implementation to new markets and a lot easier, love the function of the global template also. In terms of situations where it is less appropriate, perhaps for some other HR requirements in the hiring process of background checks and employment checks is all I can think of.

Really good and smooth had a very patient and intelligent consultant
Saw the change through and through with us even went to our internal company change boards with us to help explain the technical stuff
Because of the great service provided to us by the consultant and the ease of implementation
Excellent service and SAP still supporting post implementation
