Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is used for all of training - Required and Development. we are required to have a validated system for all trainings and SF meets those needs.

  • Learning Administration made easier
  • ID of employees searchable for Instructors vs by name
  • A search option for Observers to locate the appropriate Observer when there is an instructor profile created.
  • WalkMe automatically set up for basic options/processes in Learning Admin
  • Improved employee experience for Learning!
we only use learning - As the system owner=, I find it easy to use but most learners do not like the user experience
