Overall Satisfaction with Sapling
Sapling has been a great find for me in writing good content for emails and websites. A great dashboard with good customer support makes it more reliable. I would definitely recommend this software to other organizations. The best feature that makes Sapling a reliable and great platform is its customer support. I love to use this superb software.

- It is robust in nature and easy to handle in all terms regarding creating good content.
- Another best feature that I like the most that it easily finds out any possible mistake in my writing easily detects different errors and spelling mistakes within few seconds which is great.
- It is helping me to create best possible professional e-mails, to the point content and best writing experience.
Cons
- [I feel the] integration of Sapling with other softwares is not good.
- It does not easily integrate with the other writing software that I was already using in the organization [in my experience].
- It was very hard to actually link all the software with it and easily get access all in one platform for writing good content which [I feel] needs to be fixed.
- It has all the amazing features to be the best in the niche of writing.
- It works on the automated system which is totally AI-based, the AI functionality is solving all the major problems by just mentioning any mistake in the writing and provide a solution or change in that particular section.
- Customer support is amazing.
- They are always available to listen to the questions and provide a solution for the customers.
- Sapling sometimes is not able to detect wrong spellings which need to be fixed as soon as possible.
- Listen to questions carefully and try your best to update with the best possible solution which is workable and easily approachable.
I have been using this software for a very long time in my organization, it is very easy to use with having the interface created on a very advanced module. Designed with much modernized UI and dashboard is very pleasing to use and to have the best experience on it.
