Overall Satisfaction with Sauce Labs
We are using for testing our subscription video on demand software by QA team.

Sauce Labs is the first service like this I am using in my carrier. We are not fully happy with Sauce Labs. We are actually planning to switch to another service, which supports the mobile and web browser farm. There we are able to run multiple devices and browsers at the same time and it is cheap compared to sauce labs. Still it is under discussion.
