Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

We virtualize several servers used by the entire school. Also, we have a replication node in another location for disaster recovery.

Pros

  • Their customer service is top notch. When we have issues (rarely) they get back to us immediately, always resolve the issue in a timely manner, and explain everything that happened.
  • The GUI interface is way beyond any other virtual appliance I've ever used. It's super easy to configure. I can ramp up new servers in minutes.

Cons

  • I have no complaints whatsoever about their products.
Quick response time and quick resolution.
  • Less hardware server overhead to maintain.
  • Great support for less downtime.
The interface is so much easier to use than anything else I've ever used.
It's great for Windows or Linux virtual servers. It also integrates well with many VDI solutions.
