Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using the HC3 cluster as our main virtual environment for our servers. We also use it to connect to an offsite location for our server backups.

Pros and Cons

Pros

You can quickly install OS images to put into production or to test.
Technical support has been wonderful in answering my questions.
Keeping up to date with firmware updates.

Cons

An easier way to delete older notifications (conditions).
Better scaled console interface in the web browsers.

Support Rating

The have always found a fix for my problems.

Return on Investment

I haven't had any real problems or changesd in my system in the pass 2 years.

Alternatives Considered

None.

Likelihood to Recommend

As I said before, Scale is an easy way to run your virtual servers.
