Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

We use Scale Computing HC3 to host almost all of our servers.
  • Hosts virtual machines with excellent performance
  • Creates snapshots easily
  • Creates duplicate VMs quickly and easily
  • Provides a clean, easy-to-use interface
  • UI customizability, especially for large screens
  • Unity DR is "fickle" regarding bandwidth and latency
  • Unity default DR disk space is a little low
Every time I've had an issue, through onboarding and into production, support has been fast, efficient, and highly skilled.
Our entire unstructured file system and authentication system runs on Scale Computing HC3. We are able to add terabytes of storage at the drop of a hat, spin up new controllers quickly and easily, and when it comes time to expand beyond the hardware capacity, adding new nodes is a snap.

Scale Computing HC3 provided all of the features we needed at a lower price point than the others and in a more inclusive product family.
Scale Computing HC3 is an excellent hyper-converged solution that works very well for VM hosting. It performs well, and the snapshot feature is excellent. That said, it doesn't yet support containers.
