Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We are a computer support company and we primarily use ScreenConnect to quickly gain remote control of user PCs and servers for troubleshooting and repair. It can also be used to show a remote user "how to". There are several ways to have the user grant control, and that is nice because some users can deal with one way better than another. The ability to reboot a remote device and then regain control without the user doing anything is extremely beneficial.
Pros
- Remote reboot and then auto reconnect.
- Ability to leave the session in standby mode so you can quickly re-connect later for follow up.
- Easily see and use the user's dual screens.
- Ability to install an always waiting session that you can use anytime it is needed without any remote user input.
Cons
- All good. I'll leave this to the complainers.
- ScreenConnect has made my company more productive by highly reducing productivity lost due to drive time. The clients get back to functional faster and my techs get to help more clients in the same time period.
Hands down the best we have ever used.
