Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We use screenconnect to remotely support our partners and to allow IT to access and upgrade systems. Due to some of our businesses being behind secure firewalls, screenconnect offered a fantastic and affordable option for both support and remote access. Previously we have used other solutions which have been clunky and expensive or easy to use and affordable.

- User Management
- Personalisation
- The coding of the look and feel can take a bit of time to get used to
- Slow loading on Apple OSX
- Ease of setup and deployment to new machines
- Access via any web browser
- Cost effective for nearly any size of business
I have used both of these products in the past. However, screenconnect can perform all of the same functions as its competitors at a much better price point and often performs better.
