Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

ScreenConnect is being used across the whole company. We use it for our break fix support for our customers. This is a good produce that can use some fine tuning but is a much more affordable option than a competitor that I was using before that out priced us from them.
  • Easy to use.
  • Quick install and small install package.
  • Ability to throw screens to the size in a Windows platform.
  • Ability to split two screens verses seeing only one or all.
  • This product was at a much more reasonable price then what we were using before. I am looking forward to watching the software and company grow.
We have used TeamViewer, Join.me, LogMeIn. I like it almost as much as LogMeIn but there are a few features that lack as explained before. I think the software will get there with time.
  • Great for break fix support.
  • Hard to use if you are using a small device like a tablet or phone.
