Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Our service group uses ScreenConnect to assist customers with mailing software. It is extremely helpful because our large geographic area is covered.
  • Easy to navigate customer connection.
  • Multiple screens are a little difficult to handle. Would like to be able to switch between them versus looking at them all in one screen.
  • Faster response for customers by technicians
ScreenConnect was suggested to me. I didn't try another.
Long distance troubleshooting is the best. If you are needing to troubleshoot software with equipment it is not as useful.
