Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

We use ScreenConnect for remote troubleshooting of our user machines in the field. We have a staff of about 30 and it makes accessing their computers when they have a problem hassle free.

Pros

  • Remote Access
  • Software Installation
  • Significantly reduces the number of machines that have to be brought back to central location, saving time and money and keeping our staff up and working
Very intuitive to use, basic features require little advanced knowledge making it a great tool for tech users who may not be experts (like myself)
