We use SeekOut to search for and to engage with passive talent to fill our open roles. SeekOut helps us identify individuals that have relevant skills and experiences and makes it easier for us to engage with them.
Pros
- search and identification of relevant experience
- contact information for the individuals you identify
- workflows for sourcing
Cons
- none to call out at this time
- improved response rates for prospect reach outs
SeekOut allows for more specific searches and has the benefit of providing contact information rather than InMails
