Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to research, identify and headhunt from a global talent pool from across the top. Just the public profile talent pool has over 400 million candidates worldwide from all industries, but more specifically it's a deep well of information for the tech industry. Currently, in the mobility industry, we are facing a shortage of technical talent and SeekOut solves our ability to identify the right pool of candidates we would like to work with.

Using SeekOut, you can narrow down your search and sourcing strategies with a lot of options and filters. SeekOut's diversity filter tool is one of the most powerful features and is extremely helpful to Unity and our core values. We are able to find underrepresented individuals who are extremely talented and a good fit for our openings thanks to this feature. SeekOut is easy to navigate and use, even for beginners!
