Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to find passive candidates to pass along to clients and recruiters to reach out to. As far as I know, we don't have any problems with SeekOut other than the profiles not always being up to date. I use SeekOut several times a week and so do roughly half the employees here.
  • Searches various industries
  • Diversity searches
  • Displays profiles in a way that makes it easy to read over them quickly before bothering to click on them
  • Sometimes SeekOut pulls people that have nothing to do with my searches/Boolean strings
  • SeekOut is not always up to date as far as Years of Experience
  • SeekOut often pulls people who are currently not at the companies their profiles initially say they are.
  • Good for diversity searches
  • Makes finding tech people very easy
  • Not so great for go to market searches
I've never used support from SeekOut.
A lot of us have started using SeekOut more often than Linkedin Recruiter because SeekOut often casts a wider net.
I like SeekOut because I generally find more candidates in a timely manner.

SeekOut is great for diversity searches and not always as great for vague or barebones profiles.
