Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

SeekOut is a fantastic tool! In a candidate market where potential employees are being flooded with messages, SeekOut provides tools and capabilities to help make candidate contact seamless and easy. The Boolean capabilities paired with their pre-designated power filters and their integrations with public-facing profiles enhance candidate identification and have helped me identify candidates I had not seen previously. These search capabilities paired with messaging campaigns (either to use a template or create my own) have helped tremendously with getting qualified candidates pushed over to our organization. In addition to the candidate outreach, the metrics and insights provided by SeekOut are helpful in using data as a story to provide updates to our internal hiring teams!

  • The ability to set up a campaign and project and move on helps reduce the time to hire across multiple roles as they can work in conjunction with each other.
I haven't had any major issues while using SeekOut but any questions I've had I have been able to quickly identify an answer or receive a response from our Account Reps.
I have been able to find more candidates in line with our specific needs by utilizing the Boolean function provided by SeekOut vs other tools. This has helped us hit our hiring metrics so far this year and has made an easier recruiting process on the hard-to-fill/tough-to-find skillsets.
We also did some other demos on different tools and ultimately selected SeekOut. The diversity metrics SeekOut provides are critical for tracking diversity hiring initiatives and getting insights on a particular position, location, or company. We also were impressed by SeekOuts Power Filters and Boolean capabilities as well as their AI matching engine. The UI for SeekOut is very user friendly and easy to navigate so helped with implementation for our team.

I have used SeekOut at previous employers so when approached at Abercrombie to recommend tools/products to help us out I did not hesitate to recommend SeekOut. The power filters are helpful but more importantly, it has a robust Boolean search capability to help really nail down specific searches when looking for candidates.

Using SeekOut

10 - We implemented SeekOut across our Talent Acquisition for Experienced Hires team. Management also uses the platforms for insights and metrics when tracking our ROI and productivity amongst the team.
We do not have an in-house team dedicated to SeekOut support but we rely on the support provided from SeekOut which has been top notch to solve any issues, create us new power filters, provide training from platform usage to boolean functions and more. It has been extremely helpful.

I am extremely happy with all the capabilities of SeekOut, it is has become an extremely useful tool in day to day recruiting activities as well as proactive insights to provide to our hiring teams.

I recommended SeekOut due to prior usage. I am a big fan of the platform and made the recommendation to my leadership. They primarily focused on the price and features provided when making their decision and felt it was very much in line with tools our organization did not currently have.
I would not change a thing- We are satisfied.

SeekOut Implementation

Once the licenses were purchased we were sent an email to activate our account. From there we had full access to the platform and a training was set up. Since I had used SeekOut previously I understood the dynamics of the platform and was able to use it instantly.

Using SeekOut

SeekOut has a very user friendly UI. Each section is well titled for what you are doing and it walks you through the steps needed to get going. The candidate searching has a boolean field and a lot of filter options that you can select what you want to use to not overload your screen and help you identify the right candidate. The messaging campaigns are easy to set up and provide several templates for you to base your campaign off of, or you can create your own. The projects are easy to track and see all the candidates.
