Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut for sourcing candidates and outreach. We hire globally, but primarily in the US, UK and Canada. Over the past couple of years we are hiring 200+ candidates per year. We strive to provide a diverse slate of candidates for every position and SeekOut's functionality has increased our diverse pools of candidates at the beginning of the funnel.

  • Ability to share real-time candidate market info with hiring managers
We haven't been able to connect with our Outlook accounts because they have been unable to figure out how to create impersonation accounts with their tool.

Pro: I like the ability to reach technical candidates by sourcing candidates through GitHub and opening their LI profile. The search filters on both GitHub and LinkedIn work well. Dislike: SeekOut doesn't suggest names slightly resembling the one entered, so if you make a spelling mistake it won't offer any options or suggestions. In addition, we have found candidates with outdated or invalid contact details, which has become a pain point.
