Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use SeekOut to source candidates, primarily for locating diverse candidates within the Black, Latino, and Indigenous communities.
Pros
- Filter of diverse candidates
- Providing phone # and email addresses of candidates
- Creating talent insights of markets with a diversity filters
Cons
- Sometimes the diversity filter isn't providing candidates within the diverse tags/filters I use
- The email addresses for candidates can be outdated
- The diversity tag only provides candidates for one particular community rather than all.
- Improved recruiter experience
- Increased representation and diversity hires
The one thing that SeekOut provides is diversity filters whereas LinkedIn doesn't provide that.
