Use Cases and Deployment Scope

TCN utilizes SeekOut to source hard-to-find talent in competitive markets. With significant job boards, you do not always receive the candidate flow needed to achieve business goals.

Pros and Cons

Provides highly accurate contact information for candidates.
Allows for scaling up or down the number of candidates you can search using "Power Filters".
Integrates well with our ATS.

When contact info is not accurate it is cumbersome to receive a credit.
