Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to find technical talent for open positions. I craft custom boolean strings for searches and make good use of the power filters the app provides. I also use the "insights" function to hone in on where the talent pool lies. The project function is handy as well, I'm able to share my results with teammates fairly easy.

in my opinion, SeekOut is well suited for just about any and all sourcing scenarios. Whenever I get a role that is a little tricky to source for, I always find myself using the AI Matching tool. It helps me get a better picture as to what kind of candidates the role is looking for. And from there, I'm able to customize my search to find the best qualified candidates.
