We use SeekOut for hiring purpose and the best scope and use of SeekOut is that we can see the large pool of audience including active and passive candidates . IT includes the highest data for any skills, best use for proactive hiring too.
Pros
- best platform for sourcing on niche roles
- tool captures the relevant data and the highest data then any other site
- easy to make searches for sourcing
Cons
- mass mail option should be there
- some information about candidate contact details and email address are not correct
- Best tool to attract diverse talent
- highest database of active and passive candidates
- sometimes challenges comes when the search shows the irrelevant pool
SeekOut is better than LinkedIn Jobs on any given day as it captures the complete data of candidates. Also, SeekOut includes passive candidates too. SeekOut is easy to use.
