Overall Satisfaction with Seismic

Seismic is being used by all of our internal sales personnel. Overall we have been very pleased with Seismic. The live send feature has been critical to our sales team. We really enjoy having one
location to store all of our marketing material as well.
  • User-friendly.
  • Analytics are great.
  • The back end of Seismic is sometimes difficult to manage.
  • Stronger implementation strategy. Consider ways to help users who have never used this type of platform for sales efforts.
  • Seismic has allowed us to make content and interest our prospects. We have signed new clients basked to the first touch point via Seismic.
Our questions are answered timely but we don't hear much otherwise.

Seismic is always great for us when we are communicating with potential customers. It's awesome to see who is interacting with our material the most. We don't use it much with our current customers.
