Overall Satisfaction with SendinBlue

My company uses SendinBlue as an email marketing platform to send a regular newsletter to our 13,000 person mailing list. We have have prepared several campaigns using SendinBlue, but we have only sent and analyzed one campaign so far.
  • Very competitive pricing
  • Flexible plans
  • Good contact management
  • Strong analytics
  • The interface is still very rough around the edges
  • The English grammar on the website is not always correct
  • Significant savings on email marketing budget compared to MailChimp
SendinBlue is a less polished, simpler competitor of MailChimp that mostly distinguishes itself by its highly competitive pricing. It still lacks important features like A/B testing and automated marketing, but may be a good solution for budget-minded organizations.
SendinBlue is most appropriate for organizations that have large mailing lists (which would require a very expensive monthly subscription with a mainstream competitor like MailChimp or ConstantContact) and limited funds available for email marketing. Its main advantage at the moment is its highly competitive pricing.
SendinBlue definitely still feels like a rough product, and the fact that it is produced by a small (French) team is visible in the UI and the English grammar of the website. For bigger companies with a larger budget, SendinBlue might not be the best bet.
