Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
Sending clients onboarding emails and a regular newsletter.
- We really like the pricing model, based on the amount of emails being sent
- Very good campaign designer easy segmentation within the email
- Good detailed reporting
- Automation works okay, but is very basic and not always fantastically documented
- Difference between transactional variables/emails and other emails is not always clear
- Templates for campaigns only really cover the email composer, but not the other details, it seems
- Very positive impact - service of equal quality for WAY less costs.
- Negative (somewhat): the need for the more complex automation offloaded in Integromat/Zapier and the need for more testing.
- The feeling that we're in complete control of our costs as, you pay er x emails sent, over which you have control
Service of equal or good-enough quality with a much better pricing model. The automation of ActiveCampaign is lightyears better, but the email composer is cumbersome to use compared to Sendinblue, which has an excellent editor: powerful and easy to use.
