Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is being used across our organization and we've had success in many areas of our company with it including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing. We're excited to continue to build out opportunities for others to use the platform. It allows everybody to make a physical or digital connection.

Pros

  • Provides a great job at options.
  • Provides overview of the program.
  • Gives guidance for opportunities to help.

Cons

  • Customer Support in the past has been challenging, but this has recently changed.
  • Using messaging templates and imagery is bulky.
  • Return on investment
  • Provided new opportunities
The recent improvements of the UX are incredible!
We've used other platforms like Alyce and Printful but Sendoso squarely provides an overall better experience and price point.
