Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso as both our gifting vendor and swag warehouse for several departments within our organization: Sales, Marketing, HR, and Account Management. The Sensdoso platform allows us to connect with our prospects, customers, and internal staff on a more frequent and meaningful basis.

  • Order processing time
  • Warehouse issues (always something going on to cause delays)
  • Search functionality in send tracker
  • Easier way to make bundles (not build you own box)
  • Pick and pack fees are outrageous for 5+ items
  • Better EMEA e-gifting options
  • Ability to change the sender and subject lines for address confirmation emails
  • Faster inventory time

  • direct catalog appreciation gifts
  • e-gifting has been huge for our SDR program
  • our customers love receiving swag that is enabled by the platform
Sendoso is more advanced than Reachdesk in most areas. Alyce has a better platform for e-gifting.

Sendoso is the best gifting platform for the US market, but leaves a lot to be desired in the EMEA region. It is great for programs that aren't dependent on a time and place like an review incentive program for example. If there is a firm date when you need to receive materials by, I would not trust that your items make it on time from my experience.
