Overall Satisfaction with Moz

Moz is being used by the online marketing department only. It's used as our primary SEO tool to gather informative date on the competitive landscape and form the right KPI's.
  • Provide other resources to SEO tools on their site.
  • Absolutely love White Board Fridays and following their blog!
  • Great Error reports
  • Show an Opportunities tab, that helps SEO's gain better leverage over competition
  • They do not have the ability to have multiple logins for an account!
  • Increased ability to create KPI's - so I guess this is considered increased employee efficiency
Moz is continually adding new features that tell me they are working hard at what they do to keep our company informed.
Are you going to manage the tool internally? This is important, because unless you have someone on your team who is going to work diligently at setting up the appropriate and necessary campaigns, it's not an out of the box solution. Our team worked on created specific campaign to measure and we are still trying to configure the campaigns in the most optimal way to help our business. It would be great to have some support from Moz, other than the online resource, to get another set of profession eyes looking in to give some guidance and let Pro members know they are headed in the right direction for better success.
