Overall Satisfaction with ServiceNow
ServiceNow is being used across the entire organization. It is the first tool to be used enterprise wide in solving the issue with eliminating individual silos of support and capturing IT activities through a single source of truth.
- Open configuration platform
- Does not require coding to configure most capabilities are already available to exploit
- Intuitive interface that aligns to best practices
- Better awareness of capabilities beyond IT like a use for HR onboarding
- Increased employee efficiency
- Better customer service
- Better reporting
HP Service Manager, IBM Tivoli, BMC Remedy, CA Unicenter. None of these tools provided the open usability and configuration possibilities that ServiceNow has. They also do not have the integration between all the processes to the extent that ServiceNow has.
