We are using it for analyzing and reporting the portfolio for our organization in terms of risk and mapping with the standard compliances.

ServiceNow provides more features right out of the box than competing GRC platforms, has better pricing model that other alternative products I have used. Even though ServiceNow interface is not so user friendly, it does a great job with recording all the data we need for our organization. Whereas other similar products I have used, do the other way around, they are easier for users to understand but cant handle everything we needed for the business governance, risk, and compliance.
