I first emailed SharpSpring and within 12 hours had an email confirming a demo, a call before my initial walk-through and was updated regularly throughout the entire sales process. Our rep was able to handle our questions and pushback graciously. Now that we're in the system, it's answering questions about our leads, the life of our clients and how our internal team is communicating with clients all in one easy-to-use dashboard. We're very happy with SharpSpring and their team.

Both HubSpot and Microsoft's ClickDimensions are outrageously expensive for their clumsy functionality. SharpSpring offers more features, easier to manage tools, a reseller program that makes sense for agencies and at a much more affordable rate. I've been very happy with their customer service as well. HubSpot's abrupt and often poorly thought out releases made it challenging to keep up or manage the system well.
