Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

It is being used by the digital marketing and sales departments. It is helping our company to track the origin of the leads that have been gerated through our marketing campaigns, create landing pages of conversion with call to actions and forms, automate the communication by email based on lead behavior, and provide precious information about the lead to the sales team.

  • Dashboard is easy to use
  • The landing page editor doesn't have full access to change the layout.
  • It is not possible to integrate with social media.
  • The help documentation is not fully in our local language (Portuguese).
  • The integration with Google Adwords improved the return of investments by reducing the waste of investiments on keywords that don't generate sales.
  • Tracking campaigns and comparing them helped us to figure out which one is working better and focus on that.
  • Qualifying our leads with marketing automation before the sales team gets in touch helped to improve our conversion rates a lot.
SharpSpring can be used by any company of any segment such as fashion retails, schools, travel agencies, manufacturing, etc. However the most appropriate scenario for the SharpSpring suite is digital marketing agencies because they are fully ready to manage inbound marketing strategies that demand a tool like this one. The less appropriate scenario would be companies that don't have a skilled marketing team with a knowhow to use all the potential that this tool offer.
