Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
Our agency uses SharpSpring as an email platform, lead management system, workflow automation, and campaign snapshot tool. We have been using it for about 4 years, so ever since they were almost brand new and we've seen them develop new solutions and roll out new products. They help us provide a quick overview to our clients of where the campaign is at in terms of KPIs and we are able to develop out fairly sophisticated workflows for engagement and conversion.

Cost is lower, ease of use on email automation is more intuitive, but the email builder is better on any of the other platforms. They also are organized around agencies, which is a big advantage for us. The cost to the client is a lot less, so we don't have to "sell" them on Sharpspring as soon as we onboard them - we just use it as an agency tool.
